Standard pieces are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Custom and made-to-measure orders may take 1–2 weeks before dispatch. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout.
We deliver to all seven UAE emirates. International shipping is available — contact us on WhatsApp to confirm your location before ordering.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. Delivery is coordinated directly with the courier.
Please ensure your delivery address includes:

• Building name and unit number
• Street / area
• City and emirate
• WhatsApp number (for courier coordination)
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will contact you directly. Uncollected packages may be returned to us; re-delivery charges may apply.
Amal Label is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us — we will resolve it promptly.
